Mentorship
Mentorship is a month-to-month experience of brief daily conversation that explores your past to illuminate how your story is impacting life in the present. The focus is not on managing symptoms or behavior change, but on the story of your life and looking deeply into how your experiences have shaped your understanding of yourself, others and the world.
Taking time to explore your story can open the door to meaningful change and personal growth, helping you move toward the person you hope to become. As your mentor, I’m committed to walking alongside you each day—offering psychological insight, emotional support, and spiritual care within a relationship grounded in compassion, kindness, and deep respect for you and your journey.
Benefits of Mentorship
Five consecutive days of unbroken conversation and connection, each week, month-to-month
Conversation that moves swiftly to the core of what you’re looking to work on
Convenience of messaging when you have something to say, anytime, anywhere, 24 hours/day
Timely, thoughtful response within 24 hours
Every symptom you experience holds a story. It is the expression of a wound that has not yet been tended or healed.
In mentorship, there are similarities to what is discussed and addressed in therapy, yet mentorship is not therapy as it does not offer diagnosis or treatment of mental health diagnoses.
If you’re experiencing acute mental health symptoms impairing your ability to function in daily life, or are suffering active addiction, or are seeking treatment for a mental health diagnosis, you need to see a therapist. In this case, mentorship can provide additional benefit to the therapy you receive.
