  • I am an out-of-network provider.

    Your insurance plan may entitle you to reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. To find out about your coverage, call the number on the back of your insurance card. You may find it helpful to ask questions like:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services provided via telehealth?

    • What is my deductible and has it been met?

    • What is the maximum reimbursement amount for the year?

    • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

    • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

    • How much does my plan reimburse for an out-of-network provider for CPT codes 90791, 90837, and 90834?

    • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • $150 per 45 minute session

    Sessions are paid on the day of the session via credit card.

    If your insurance plan entitles you to reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a detailed receipt of services, known as a “superbill,” for you to submit for reimbursement.
